The ability to use a computer is becoming a necessary requirement for everyone whether in education, work or for their own personal use. For anyone with a disability or who has a condition that makes using a computer difficult Abilitywise has a range of services available. Training We are able to offer both individual and small group training on a range of assistive and adaptive technology and their use with standard computer software such as Microsoft office including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. In particular we are able to provide training on accessing the Internet and e-mail with the use of specialist software such as speech output and voice recognition. We can provide assistance with the installation and setting up of specialist software used by those with visual impairment and dyslexia .
