The award-winning Compact+, is a pocket-size video magnifier designed for the benefit of low vision people. Simply place it on a newspaper or magazine and the magnified image is displayed on the integrated screen.

Intelligent design for effortless reading and writing
The camera is located at the centre of the Compact+, so positioning over reading material is easy. With the added benefit of a collapsible handgrip, the Compact+ can be used in the same way as a traditional handheld magnifier.
When out and about shopping, the snapshot facility is useful for capturing images such as the price displayed on a supermarket shelf. Simply place the Compact+ over the object, press the snapshot button and the captured image can be viewed immediately.
Use for writing as well as reading
Simply move the camera to the second position, and lean on the Compact+ so that it sits at an angle, to allow enough space beneath for effortless writing.
Freedom to go anywhere
Every Compact+ comes with a rechargeable battery, offering 2.5 hours or power. Also, standard, off-the-shelf AA batteries can be substituted when there is no opportunity for recharging.
